Service Description

Remote support allows me to connect to your computer through the Internet. You must be connected online for this process to work. Through remote support, I am able to view and manipulate your computer as if I was there. I do not black out any screens so you can watch everything I am doing. Remote support is done through a couple ways: Teamviewer- You would download and install their software on your computer. After then, I would need the user ID number and password to connect to your computer. I then go in and change the password to allow me to be able to restart your computer and re-connect. After the session, I will remove the password I put in and return it to a random-per-session password that changes every time you use it for your security. Any Desk- Basically the same as Teamviewer just another way or program that I use to connect to your computer. AVAST- By purchasing AVAST antivirus through me, I am able to connect to your computer through my portal and it allows me to provide online services to your computer. With an AVAST subscription, I offer 2 hours of free online support each month. Please know that during the remote sessions, your presence may be needed at times. Some support requires me to reboot your computer which may require you to type in your account password if you have that set up. Not all support can be done through a remote connection.
