I offer level 0 and level 1 recovery. Level 0 recovery is basic deleted data recovery from accidental deletion of data files. Level 1 recovery is formatted media, lost partitions or media not responding. Usually if your media still functions, the data can be recovered even if the drive has been formatted. Not always am I able to recover information. Please keep in mind that if the file has been lost, it's gone but there is a chance that it can be recovered. I do my best to recover what I can. I will attempt recovery of your data using all means available to me. Some data recovery requires a clean room. Recovery of that sort can get very expensive and usually the larger the capacity of the hard drive, the higher the cost. If I attempt recovery and am unsuccessful in doing so, you have the option of having the hard drive sent to a clean room facility to recover the data but you would be responsible for any charges they require. I will help you get everything set-up. Once your hard drive is in the care of the clean room facility, I or Spare Time Computers will no longer be responsible for any matter concerning the hard drive, information, or clean room facility.
